This 2-day course is designed to equip Tool Team champions and leaders with the strategic insight, technical confidence, and behavioural toolkit to guide adoption of the Atlassian Teamwork stack across teams and departments.
Participants will learn how to translate business needs into scalable configurations, drive alignment across Jira, Confluence, Loom, and Rovo, and shape rituals that connect work to strategy.
Whether you’re part of a CoE, Change Enablement function, or embedded in delivery – this course will help you lead from the front with tooling that truly enables transformation.

- Strategic tooling as a capability – not a configuration
- Principles of enablement, consistency, and decentralised support
Module 2: Atlassian Teamwork Stack Foundations
- Jira: structuring work for visibility and flow
- Confluence: documentation, knowledge-sharing, and governance
- Goals: connecting goals, status, and storytelling
- Smart linking and integrations
Module 3: Adoption Playbooks & Team Enablement
- Mapping behaviours to tooling rituals
- Onboarding frameworks for squads and new teams
- Creating templates, shared views, and automation
- Embedding performance, retrospectives, and transparency practices
Module 4: Driving Consistency Without Control
- Leading with standards: issue types, custom fields, naming
- Avoiding tool sprawl while maintaining flexibility
- Scaling practices with champions and shared ownership
- Cross-functional tooling reviews and feedback loops
