Day 1 – Structuring and Visualising Portfolio Work

- Configuring Advanced Roadmaps: Plans, Teams, and Dependencies
- Building meaningful views for strategy, delivery, and governance
- Prioritising work using custom fields, backlog views, and filters

- Connecting plans to Confluence for stakeholder reporting
Day 2 – Driving Performance and Strategic Alignment
- Using Jira Goals to connect work with strategic goals and communicate updates

- Supporting investment decisions with data-led conversations
